Hong Kong Arborwoods Nexus Co., Limited currently offers international shipping through DHL, FedEx, and EMS.

Available shipping carriers may vary depending on the destination, local regulations, carrier availability, and operational conditions.

  1. Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 24 hours to 7 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing time may vary depending on product availability, order volume, compliance review, public holidays, warehouse operations, or destination-specific shipping requirements.

For the purposes of this Policy, business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  1. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are charged according to the destination region as follows:

  • US:$10
  • EU:$15
  • Asia:$20
  • Rest of World:$25

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

  1. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country or region, shipping carrier, customs clearance, local import procedures, and other external factors.

Please note that delivery time does not include order processing time.

  1. Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Restrictions

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, brokerage fees, or other import-related charges may apply depending on the laws and regulations of the destination country or region. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer unless otherwise expressly stated.

Customers are also responsible for ensuring that the products ordered are legally permitted for import into the destination country or region.

We are not responsible for delays, confiscation, rejection, destruction, return, or non-delivery caused by customs authorities, import restrictions, regulatory issues, or local legal requirements.

  1. Order Tracking

Once an order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout, where available.

Please note that tracking updates depend on the carrier and may not be available immediately after shipment.

  1. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, contact number, and any other required delivery information at the time of purchase.

If a shipment is delayed, returned, undeliverable, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, failure to respond to carrier requests, or failure to complete customs clearance, we reserve the right to:

  • charge additional shipping fees for reshipment;
  • deduct shipping and handling costs from any refund, where permitted by law; and/or
  • decline refund requests for shipping-related charges already incurred.

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or other external circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, delay, or limit shipments of any product if shipping is not legally permitted, operationally feasible, or commercially reasonable.
